Yes, we have free worldwide shipping! All orders are shipped via Ukrposhta (Ukrainian Postal Service) and you should receive the order within 2 to 6 weeks from the time of shipping, depending on your location.
There is also an option of DHL flat rate shipping, the cost is $50 (USD) and you will get your order within 7 to 10 business days.
We typically ship within 2-3 business days from the time when you place your order. You will receive a tracking number to follow the journey of your purchase.
Any international taxes and duties are on customer's charge.
If your tracking information shows that your package was delivered, but you have not received it, please contact us. Note, we do not take responsibility for lost/missing packages that show successful delivery. And please don't allow the carrier to drop the package by your front door, it gets easily stolen.
Payment. We accept payments via PayPal system. Please, be aware that you don't have to have or create an account with PayPal, you can make a purchase as a guest.
Upon request we may also provide the bank details for the direct payment.
